Advanced Yoga Anatomy Training 1 – Biomechanics of Asana, Alignment, Adjustments

16th-19th March with Carol Murphy

@ The Yoga Shala, Gort, Co. Galway, Ireland

Fee for this course is 520 euro

This training offers an in-depth study of Advanced Yoga Anatomy in relation to asana, alignment and adjustments. It is suitable for teachers who would like to broaden their knowledge of the body and how it works in relation to yoga. Some of the Topics of this particular 4 day training encompass subjects already taught on the 200 hr training, but this training offers a more comprehensive exploration and prepares students better for Yoga Anatomy Training 2 and 3. These trainings are pre-requisites for the “Structural Integration” 120 hr cert (which is also a core module of the 300 hr certification) which will prepare you for working with postural dysfunctions and injuries. It is also suitable for yoga students who wish to deepen their knowledge of yoga, but do not necessarily want to teach yoga. For non-teachers, we recommend that you take a 200 hr training before teaching these methods to others.
