Advanced Yoga Anatomy Training 3 – Structural Integration, Postural dysfunctions and Injuries

July 27th-30th with Carol Murphy

@ The Yoga Shala, Gort, Co. Galway, Ireland

Fee for this 4 day course is 520 euro

This is the final part of the “Structural Integration and Functional Movement” 120 hr yoga training (which is also a part of the 300 hr Advanced training).  It can also be taken as a separate module, but we recommend that  teachers do Anatomy 1 and 2 first to prepare. This training combines the wisdom of biomechanics, fascial trains and Neuro-Musclular Therapy to work with postural dysfunctions and injuries. If you have taken Anatomy 1 and 2 in conjunction with this course, you will be able not only treat symptoms of dysfunctional posture/injury by looking at the body mechanically in relation to agonist and antagonist muscles, but also able to find the root of the symptoms by looking at the body through the fascial trains and create specific individualised yoga programmes tailored to your students needs. Please see schedule below for a more specific description of the training.
