300 hr Vinyasa Module
The asana on the 300 hr Training offers yoga teachers an opportunity to strengthen their yoga own yoga practice, take their anatomy/alignment off the page and into their bodies and optionally develop your teaching skills. All modules options are elective and like all 300 hr modules, you can attend live in the studio or on Zoom or do the recordings.

This module incorporates alignment of level 1 poses that are suitable for therapeutic application, but also develops Intermediate or level 2 postures, using an alignment focus combining Flow, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. It is an excellent module choice for teachers that want to continue to develop their own practice and who wish to develop their alignment knowledge of basic poses.
You can choose this module to cover up to 20 hrs of your 300 hr training. You can be as flexible as you wish and decide on your hours relative to the other modules that you elect.
It is possible to receive recordings for any mornings missed.

“Teaching Methodology” classes offer you the opportunity to gain confidence in your teaching skills. Every month, we cover a new theme, standing poses. hips, core etc.
The Saturday classes cover the main content of the weekend. The Sunday classes also offers information on preparing to teach a class at the end of the year.
You can choose this module to cover up to 20 hrs of your 300 hr training. You can be as flexible as you wish and decide on your hours relative to the other modules that you elect.

Back to Basics

Back to Basics combines Hatha Yoga with gentle Slow Flow. In each Asana class, we will cover basic alignment, and work with the principles of Steera (stability) and Sukha (ease) in addition to other philosophical themes, which will be woven throughout. Each weekend will also work with breath, meditation and energetics, working through the body layers to help bring balance to the mind and body and restore a deep sense of well being.
You can choose this module to cover either 20 hrs (one weekend) or 40 hrs (both weekends) of your 300 hr training.

In addition to the monthly training classes. you can also use the new Online platform to help strengthen your practice. The classes on the platform are created with the intention of creating mid month support for the training weekends, providing further breakdowns, drills and exercizes to help you strengthen and open. The classes also offer variety in length and style to keep you on your yoga toes.
