This training deep dives into Ayurveda, where you will learn about your biological and lifestyle Dosha (constitution) and how to balance your lifestyle and diet accordingly. You will learn about the Ayurvedic Dinacharya practices as important preventive healthcare strategies. You will also learn how to detox and gently cleanse your system according to your constitution. This in turn helps to restore a symbiotic relationship between the gut and the brain – clearing out any fog, restoring your agni (digestive fire) and clearing any build-up of ama (toxins) .
Additionally, you will learn how to adapt asana, breathwork and meditation practices for your dosha to support your journey into health and empower other women to do the same.
