Flow, Flex and Fly
This workshop is divided primarily into 2 parts. The first half is a flow practice combining standing poses, twists backbends, hip openers, splits with options to invert. Carol will offer lots of variations to suit people’s varying levels. This is a mixed level workshop. Not suitable for complete beginners, but anyone practising regularly over 6 months is welcome to attend and everyone will be encourage to work to their individual level and offered variations.
