Become a Myofascial Mobility Yoga Instructor. This 40 hr CPD is suitable for qualified yoga teachers and fitness instructors who wish to incorporate Myofascial Release into their classes and learn more about fascia. It is also suitable for students who wish to dive deeper into the world of fascia and self-care.
On this CPD training you will learn a Myofascial Mobility Yoga Method, grounded in Anatomy Trains (Myofascial Meridians), myofascial release methods, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility. This Method which can be used in conjunction with Yin and Hatha Yoga, Mobility and Functional Range conditioning. It is an excellent add-on to any 200 hr training for teachers who want to work therapeutically and is also an excellent add-on to the Unwind and Restore CPD training.

“Issues in our tissues” – the emotional connection
The On-demand Video content of this training will be released on October 10th. This includes lots of instructional videos working on all parts of the body, using myofascial release, mobility drills and gentle yoga. The weekend can be taken in the studio or online. It is a time to ask questions, check in, summarise and work in pairs to give you experience teaching the methods.
On completion of the training, students must do one online open-book assessment within 6 months to receive certification.
The price for the Online and In-person options are the same. The fees are €400 / €350 early bird before October 10th

A detailed manual with a 108 page muscle map. A comprehensive and illustrated outline of the Myofascial meridians and everything you need to know about the Myofascial Mobility Method.
Venue for on-land option
This training will be held in the sister school of Green Lotus, Yogamoves in Gort, Galway. The studio holds 28 people, although this training is capped at 12 to allow for distancing due to COVID (this number may change depending on government legislation). It is fully propped with mats, bolsters, blankets, bricks and belts. It has a kitchen with fridge, kettle etc and separate toilet. It also has changing rooms for students to store their clothes etc. All props are aired for 48 hrs use to ensure there is no spead of the COVID virus.
Gort is a small town on the edge of the Burren. There are great restaurants close by to eat in and there are lots of airbnb and bnb options ranging from €25-€100 per night for students staying overnight. We can also help you team up with other students to share air BNB if you wish.
Accreditation and building up 300 hr certification
This training is registered with Yoga Alliance as a Continued Professional Development Training.
You can use the 40 hrs of this training as credits towards Green Lotus Yoga 300 hr Advanced certification. In this case, the fees of the training will be deducted from the Advanced Training fees so you can avail of the cheaper rate when you do the whole 300 hrs.

- RAD hand and Foot Myofascial release set or other small balls suitable for hands and feet.
- A soft foam roller. We recommend
- Two medium sized soft balls in a sock or pouch. We recommend Yoga Tune up therapy balls
- 1 x short resistance band. I recommend Flexvit
- I x metre resistance band. I recommend the UFE fabric resistance band.
