The bizbombshit Raw chocolate chip cookies

The bizbombshit Raw chocolate chip cookies

These are the biz, the bomb and the shit all in one.
Now made possible because Isvari are now selling Raw Oats !! Raw oats are so hard to get. I found them in the U.K but they are so expensive to ship over, so am so happy that Isvari have risen to the occasion and sourced them !
And for coeliacs, they are also gluten free ! Yay ! If they don’t stock in in your local healthfood store. you can always ask the shop to get them for you, or do what I and my friends do, buy your isvari products in bulk; they give free postage to anyone buying over 100e of goods and they sell cacoa, cacoa butter etc. in kilos too ! Anyway, back to the recipe…. and thank you Isvari for the oats !

The Cookies
3 cups of almond flour (almonds blended into a flour- OR if you want extra high vibe, activate your nuts, by soaking for 4 hrs and dehyrating for 12-15 or until dry before blending)
2 cups of oat flour ( Isvari raw oats blended into a flour)
1 cup of Walnuts blended
1/2 cup of Coconut syrup (if you use Agave, which I do not reccomend, use “raw”, as regular agave is not the bizbombshit. PH can be as low as 3.7, like high frustose corn syrup, and is highly acidic in the body like sugar. The only brand that does RAW agave in my local shop is Isvari again (yay Isvari again). Other brands might mention the word raw on the packaging but do not state the agave is raw, note the difference….. 😉
Another options could be coconut sugar.
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 Tbls of lemon juice
1 tbsp of lemon extract

Blend all ingredients and set aside.

Chocolate chips
1 cup of cashews
1/4 cup of cacoa powder
1/2 cacoa butter melted in a porringer, or in a bowl placed in a pot of boiling water.
1/4 cup of agave nectar
1 tbsp of non-GMO soya lecitin
pinch of salt
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons of well or mineral water.

Blend ingredients.
Put into a piping bag and make little chips.
Place in the freezer for 30 mins. Make sure they are rock hard before stirring into the cookie mixture, or they will all melt into each other.
Dehydrate at 105 for 12 hrs.

Just add 1/2 cup of cacoa powder to cookie recipe.

Serve with fresh raw hazlenut or almond milk for that cozy feeling.

Yum ! Enjoy 🙂
