Vinyasa Krama Therapy
Vinyasa Krama Therapy Training
November 15th-16th 2025
Welcome to our Vinyasa Krama Therapy Training, a journey into the art of mindful movement, breath, and alignment with a therapeutic focus. Vinyasa Krama Therapy is a therapeutic application of the traditional Vinyasa Krama yoga system. Rooted in the traditional teachings of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, this practice is designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills to tailor yoga practices to the individual needs of your students, addressing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Vinyasa Krama is a systematic approach to yoga that emphasises the intelligent sequencing of asanas (postures).
The term “Vinyasa” means a mindful and deliberate placement, while “Krama” refers to a step or sequence. Together, they form a practice that focuses on the gradual progression from simpler to more complex postures, always with an emphasis on the breath. The approach offers therapeutic sequencing and teaches you how to adapt postures for specific conditions, such as autoimmune conditions, cancer, heart disease, endocrine issues and more.
