iHeal

Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Training

june 13th-14th 2026

The iHeal trauma-sensitive yoga training through the lens of Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras and other key yogic philosophies. While the Yoga Sūtras outline a path toward self-realisation, they also offer profound teachings on understanding and alleviating mental suffering. This timeless wisdom provides deep insight into our conditioned patterns and the nature of the mind.

In this training, we integrate these classical teachings with Western psychological frameworks, including Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing, to create a balanced East–West approach to healing.

In addition to learning how to offer Trauma-sensitive yoga, you will also learn how to hold therapeutic circles and facilitate cacao ceremonies and art therapy sessions, weaving these practices into trauma recovery work with sensitivity and integrity. In addition to learning facilitation skills, you will have the opportunity to explore your own patterns and healing process within the safety of the circle, supported by cacao and creative art processess.
