SomaSensing Enquiry

An Embodiment Process Training

November 29th-30th 2025

SomaSensing Enquiry is a transformational training where rest becomes revelation. Inspired by the therapeutic applications of Yoga Nidra and the inner work of trauma recovery, this method blends deep relaxation, body-based awareness, and skilled verbal facilitation. You’ll learn to guide students or clients into a mind-body state of receptivity, then gently support them in sensing into emotional patterns, belief systems, and inner dialogues held within the soma.

Drawing inspiration from Yoga NidraBreathworkpolyvagal theory and somatic trauma recovery, this training teaches you how to guide students or clients into a receptive, mind-body state — then gently support them in sensing into emotional patterns, belief systems, and unconscious narratives held within the soma.

This is where real, embodied transformation happens.

Whether you work in therapeutic yoga, mental health, bodywork, or coaching, SomaSensing Enquiry offers a compassionate, body-based toolkit for supporting others through stress, trauma, grief, anxiety, and physical tension.

Hybrid Training & Attendence Requirements

This live weekend will take place in the Yogamoves studio in Gort, Galway, Ireland. We recommend that all students take the weekend in the studio, especially for teaching purposes. However, qualified teachers do have the option of attending this training on Zoom or via recordings if they wish.

More Information
  • A bolster ot cushions
  • A zoom account if you are not attending live
  • Pen and paper for note taking

The  weekend of the training can be taken on Zoom or in Yogamoves studio in  Gort, Galway. The studio holds 28 people. It is fully propped with mats, bolsters and blankets- It has a kitchen with fridge, kettle etc and separate toilet. It also has changing rooms for students to store their clothes etc.

Gort is a small town on the edge of the Burren. There are great restaurants close by to eat in and there are lots of airbnb and bnb options ranging from €25-€100 per night for students staying overnight. We can also help you team up with other students to share air BNB if you wish.

For students availing of the studio option, we recommend:

  • Woodley BNB – Georges Street, Gort. Cheap and cheerful and a stones throw from the studio.
  • The Lady Gregory Hotel – About 10 mins walk form the studio. Comfortable and clean with spa.
  • Any air bnbs in the close vaccinity. Kinvara is a lovely place to stay and is about 20 mins drive form Gort with more air BNB options usually.
