Welcome to my online Studio. I am currently offering 6 classes weekly, plus free early morning breath-work with options for drop-ins, class passes and a monthly unlimited pass. I hope to see you on the Yoga mat soon!


WEEKLY LIVE-STREAM SCHEDULE

Tuesdays 7.00 a.m. – 8.00 a.m 

Join us for an early morning flow: combining Functional Range Conditioning and yoga asana to tone and strengthen the joints at their end range of movement and open and strengthen the body in all directions. 

Tuesdays 5.00 – 6.15 p.m. G.M.T

This class is a therapeutic class aimed at releasing specific muscles and surrounding fascia in relation to postural issues and injuries or  even just a build up of tension and pain in the body. In this time of restriction, many people have additional stress and this expresses itself in the body. In this class we use myofascial balls (or 2 tennis balls) and/or foam rollers to target specific areas of the body relative to your needs. I will also teach some FRC and occasional yoga pose to screen your Range of Movement.  I will invite you at the beginning of the class to inform me of any issues or areas of the body that you wish me to cover.  In addition to being a yoga teacher and trainer. I am also a qualified neuro-muscular therapist and Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist. I offer therapeutic myofascial release workshops to centres around Ireland and on my teacher trainings. Now for the first time, I am bringing this work online line to help people stay in balance at this time.

Wednesdays 9.30-11.00 a.m. GMT

Teaching from the Screen, where I can give my students my undivided attention as I verbally lead the class with a second teacher pinned to the screen to give you a visual if need be. 

CLASS FOCUS

In this class, I teach a combination of Flow and Technique bring in lots of backbends to keep our hearts warm and happy : leading up to : Kapotasana variations, drop backs, Pincha Mayurasana and Scorpion. Variations and modifications always offered. 

Please set up your mat in a room with sufficient light, at a distance from the camera where I can see your feet and head.

Thursdays 6.30-8.00 p.m. GMT

Level 2 Vinyasa class

Teaching from the Screen, where I can give my students my undivided attention as I verbally lead the class with a second teacher pinned to the screen to give you a visual if need be. 

FOCUS - Core flow moving the body in all directions

In this class, we focus on Core and arm balances, sprinkling in poses like Side Plank variations, Crows, Flying pigeon and inversions throughout a flow that moves the spine in all directions, opening and strengthening the hips and shoulders and culminating in backbends.

Please set up your mat in a room with sufficient light, at a distance from the camera where I can see your feet and head. 

Fridays 9.30 a.m. – 11.00 a.m.

FOCUS : Breakdown of Inversions, Arm balances and Backbends

This is a great combination to the Wednesday morning class. as I breakdown postures in more detail. In this class we focus on backbends, inversions and arm balances. 

Fridays 6.45-8.00 p.m. G.M.T

THIS WEEKS FOCUS - November 12th

End your week with a gentle unwinding restorative. These classes offer you a deep re-set. The classes start with a somatic meditation and breath-work, followed by gentle restorative poses to open your body in all planes of motion.  The class culminates with a Yoga Nidra. 

Ideal Props are a bolster, bricks. blocks and a blanket if you need one. But you can use cushions or pillows or whatever is handy for you if need be.
