Energy Medicine Yoga Training

May 28th-29th- June 18th-19th

Hybrid Training - held at Yogamoves Studio Gort or on Zoom

This training integrates gentle yoga asana and slow flow sequences with Mudras, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra in relation to Tantric energetics (Chakras, koshas and  Vayus) and Traditional Chinese Medicine energetics (the 5 elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Metal, Wood in relation to the TCM and myofascial meridians)

Learn how to incorporate the elements, chakras, koshas and vayus into Slow Flow and gentle Hatha themed classes. Learn the methodology of using gentle movements to stimulate stagnant energy in the Yin and Yang meridians of each element and how to activate the different chakras, sheaths and energy channels in relation to the organs to help optimize all the systems of the body for the best health.

Join us in person or on Zoom. You can use playback links for up to six months after the training.

This training is held over 2 weekends. It is registered with Y.A for 40 hrs CE credits and can be used towards GLY 300 hr Yoga Teacher Training.
