200 hr Yin Fusion Yoga Teacher Training Galway

September 2026 - july 2027

Where Stillness Meets Flow: A Holistic Path to Teaching Yoga

Welcome to our 200-Hour Yin Fusion Yoga Teacher Training, held at the new Green Lotus Yoga Centre in Oranmore, Co. Galway.

This training is a comprehensive program that integrates the healing modalities of Yin and Restorative Yoga with the dynamic principles of Slow Flow. This training is designed to provide a solid foundation in asana practice while incorporating Ayurveda, Women’s Health, Pranayama, Energy Medicine, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga to offer a holistic approach to yoga teaching and personal practice.

The training combines 100 hours of Yin and Restorative with 40 hours of Slow Flow to serve as the asana foundation of the training. This foundation will then be used to build other modules, such as Breath Coach, Yoga and Women’s Health (or Soma Yoga Therapy for men), Energy Medicine, and iHeal, Trauma Sensitive Yoga.

TRAINING MODULES

Studio Training & Attendance Requirements

This training will take place in Galway Ireland and is delivered fully in-studio. In accordance with Yoga Alliance standards, students may miss up to 20 contact hours and still be eligible to graduate, provided those hours are made up through approved assignments or one-to-one sessions.
