Combining wisdom from Ayurveda, TCM and Yoga

may 15th-16th 2027

Online Via Zoom

This Online Yoga and Women’s Health Training offers a journey into the menstrual cycle and the stages of menopause, integrating the wisdom of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine within a modern therapeutic context.

You will explore the cyclical nature of hormonal health, gaining insight into both the reproductive years and the transition through perimenopause and menopause. The training offers practical tools to support hormonal balance according to individual constitution, while deepening your understanding of common imbalances through the lenses of Ayurveda and TCM.

Whether you are in the reproductive phase, perimenopause or post menopause, you will learn how to support hormonal health through diet, lifestyle, and yoga practice. This understanding can help regulate the nervous system, reduce underlying stress patterns, and support the HPO (hypothalamic–pituitary–ovarian) axis.
