Yoga And Women's Health Training

Combining wisdom from Ayurveda, TCM and Yoga

march 7th-8th 2026

This hybrid Yoga and Women’s Health Training is a journey of empowerment, diving deeply into Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the context of Women’s Health.

This live training will take place in the Slieve Aughty Centre in Lough Rea,  Galway, Ireland. You can also access the training via Zoom or  recordings.

We explore the menstrual cycle and the stages of menopause, making this training relevant for women of all ages. You will gain practical tools to support hormonal balance according to your unique constitution, while deepening your understanding of common imbalances through the lenses of Ayurveda and TCM.

This work is not about pathologising the female body. Ayurveda recognises menopause as a time of accomplishment and celebration — not disease. By understanding the cycle, recognising symptoms, and building supportive resources, women can transition through each stage with greater ease and harmony.

TCM and Ayurveda offer profound insight into supporting hormonal health through diet, lifestyle, and practice. Developing awareness of your cycle can reduce unconscious anxiety, support a steadier nervous system, and ease HPO (hypothalamic–pituitary–ovarian) stress.

This training is a powerful addition for Yin and Restorative teachers who wish to deepen their therapeutic knowledge of women’s health, lead women’s circles, and guide others with confidence and integrity.
