This Training is trauma-sensitive and trauma-informed. You will learn about the impact of trauma, depression, grief, and anxiety on the body. You will also learn a combination of integrative embodiment practices and empowering, uplifting practices.
Heal combines asana, chant, breathwork, and meditation to help the mind, heart, and body recover from trauma, depression, and grief.
You will also learn how to hold a trauma-sensitive space for others and to offer Svadyaya (inquiry) to your students in a group and individually to help them move beyond limiting emotions and beliefs.
