Slow Flow Foundations
Slow Flow Foundations Immersion
Learn the Art of Vinyasa krama
September 5th-6th | October 3rd-4th 2026
Pym Studio, Loughrea, Co. Galway
This 40 hr Slow Flow Foundations Immersion Training is an opportunity to step away from fast-paced, performance-based yoga and experience a more mindful, adaptable and deeply embodied approach to movement.
Over two weekends, we will explore breath-led sequences that develop strength, mobility and awareness without rushing the body. Each practice unfolds gradually, allowing you to understand how movement, breath and attention can work together to support nervous-system regulation, self-connection and wellbeing.
You do not need to be a yoga teacher to attend. The immersion is open to dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their own practice, as well as qualified teachers who want to bring a gentler and more inclusive approach to their teaching. This approach creates space to feel, breathe and respond. It can help develop strength and mobility while supporting greater body awareness, emotional regulation and a more compassionate relationship with your practice.
The style of Flow is rooted in the traditional teachings go Sri T. Krishnamacharya and largely inspired by Vini Yoga, a form of Vinyasa used in Yoga Therapy, developed by TKV Desikichar. This approach creates space to feel, breathe and respond. It can help develop strength and mobility while supporting greater body awareness, emotional regulation and a more compassionate relationship with your practice.
