Slow Flow Foundations

Learn the Art of Vinyasa krama

September 26th-27th | October 24th-25th 2026

This 40 hr Slow Flow CPD Yoga Training offers teachers an opportunity to develop confidence in teaching Slow Flow Yoga, which is a form of Vinyasa Krama.  Vinyasa Krama is a systematic approach to yoga that emphasises the intelligent sequencing of asanas (postures). The term “Vinyasa” means a mindful and deliberate placement, while “Krama” refers to a step or sequence. Together, they form a practice that focuses on the gradual progression from simpler to more complex postures, always with an emphasis on the breath.

The Slow Flow Kramas that you will learn on this training can then be combined with Yin for Yin Fusion classes or used in gentle Yoga Therapy Programmes and somatic unwindings. It is also a great training if your primary foundation training did not incorporate Vinyasa or Flow Yoga, or if your primary training was focused on performance-based yoga and you want to learn a language based on inclusivity, accessibility and self-conection.

The style of Flow is rooted in the traditional teachings go Sri T. Krishnamacharya and largely inspired by Vini Yoga, a form of Vinyasa used in Yoga Therapy, developed by TKV Desikichar.
