Blending Yin Yoga with somatic Theory for Embodied Teaching and Personal Transformation
Join us for a 50 hr Yin Yoga Training at the stunning Suryalila Retreat Centre in southern Spain — a deeply nourishing immersion into the art of stillness, subtle energy, and embodied awareness. This transformative training weaves together traditional Yin Yoga with functional anatomy, fascial theory, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and nervous system science, exploring how emotional tension and survival responses — fight, flight, freeze, and flop — shape our postural and energetic patterns. You’ll gain tools to deepen your own practice and guide others with sensitivity, clarity, and confidence. Surrounded by fields of sunflowers, Andalucían sunshine, and the sacred space of Suryalila’s Geodesic Dome Yoga Shala, this training is more than a certification — it’s a journey into inner quiet and embodied presence
