50 hr Yin Yoga Training Spain

june 27th - July 4th 2026

Functional and Somatic Yin Yoga for Embodied Teaching and Transformation

Join us for a 50-Hour Yin Yoga Training at the beautiful Suryalila Retreat Centre in southern Spain.

This immersive training centres on a detailed exploration of the 26 Yin Yoga poses, teaching you how to work with functional alignment, intelligent variation, and skilful sequencing to meet the needs of different bodies. You’ll also explore the restorative aspects of Yin, learning how to use support, stillness, and pacing to calm the nervous system and deepen the practice.

Rooted in functional anatomy, fascial theory, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and somatic awareness, the training examines how stress patterns and survival responses shape posture and movement — and how Yin Yoga can gently support release, regulation, and resilience.

Held in Suryalila’s sacred Geodesic Dome Yoga Shala, surrounded by nature and quiet beauty, this training offers both a solid, embodied education in Yin Yoga and a deeply nourishing personal retreat.

Included Bonus: SomaRoll Training

As part of this training, you will also receive access to the On-Demand 32hr SomaRoll – Somatic Myofascial Release Training.

This is a method I’ve developed that integrates myofascial release, somatic awareness, and therapeutic movement — and it complements Yin Yoga beautifully. SomaRoll can be used before or alongside Yin postures to prepare the tissues, support fascia health, regulate the nervous system, and deepen the embodied experience of each pose.

For qualified Yin Yoga teachers, these tools can also be woven into MyoYin-style classes, offering a more therapeutic, somatic, and nervous-system-informed approach to working with fascia.

This on-demand training is included as a complimentary bonus with your place on the 50-hour training.

You will be tested in the 26 Yin postures at the end of the week. You should know how to set up your poses with props, modifications and understand prop usage and modifications in relation to other students bodies in relation to common postural issues.

How many students are in the group ?
Numbers are usually between 10-20 students.

This training is registered with Yoga Alliance. Yoga Alliance is the most recognised Yoga registration body world-wide. This certification will qualify you to teach Yoga anywhere in the world.
