Yoga And Women's Health

Combining wisdom from Ayurveda, TCM and Yoga

march 7th-8th 2026

This hybrid Yoga and Women’s Health training is a journey of empowerment, diving deeply into Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the context of Women’s Health. We will explore the cycle and the stages of menopause, making the training suitable for women of all ages. The knowledge you will gain from this training will not only help you balance your hormones according to your unique constitution but also educate you about common diseases and imbalances associated with women’s health in the context of Ayurveda and TCM. It will empower you to step into your sovereignty and power as a woman. Developing awareness of your hormones, the cycle, and menopause will also enable you to release any unconscious anxiety you may be holding, allowing you to align with the strong and beautiful woman that you are and giving you the confidence to share the teachings with others.

Ayurveda recognises menopause as a time of accomplishment and celebration; it is not a disease. Understanding symptoms and building resources is essential to transitioning into this stage of life with ease and harmony.

TCM and Ayurveda offer deep insight into how to tackle hormonal imbalances through diet and practices during the cycle years. Educating yourself on the cycle and learning tools to nourish you during this time can help create a healthier mental attitude toward your cycle. This is essential for fostering a calm, confident mind throughout the bleed, helping to subdue anxiety, which can, in turn, reduce HPO (hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian) stress.

This is an excellent add-on for Yin and Restorative Teachers who wish to deepen their therapeutic knowledge regarding Women’s Health, lead women’s circles, and guide women toward empowered being.
