Deepen your healing practice and learn how to share ancient teachings in a modern world

The Yoga Fusion Trainings will help you nourish your mind and spirit and connect with your body as your living temple. The practices are grounded in present moment awareness and breath regulation. Alignment is guided not just by anatomy and bio-mechanical alignment cues, but also by the meditative felt sense of body, breath and spirit. It is a deeply intimate experience between yoga and self.

This training can be taken over 200 hrs or 300 hrs.

There are three flexible options for you to choose from.

200 hr Fusion

September '23 - May '24

The 200 hr Yoga Fusion Journey offers a wonderful synthesis of styles for the yogi to immerse themselves in. It also offers more teaching options than the Progressive Vinyasa training. 100 hrs of this training are dedicated to Yin and Vinyasa and the other 100 hrs of Progressive Vinyasa. As it takes on different styles within the 200 hr window, yogis who choose this option should be ready to dedicate themselves fully for the 10 months.

200 hr Healing Fusion

September '23 - May '24

The 200 hr Healing Fusion Journey offers a gentle therapeutic healing journey. It is suitable for yogis who wish to learn and/or teach the therapeutic aspects of yoga and develop a Hatha and Gentle Flow practice. This training also incorporates Energy Medicine, a deep journey into Slow Flow and energetics, Heal, a weekend on trauma informed and trauma sensitive yoga and Breath Coach, a weekend developing pranayama skills.

300 hr Fusion

September '23 - September '24

This new 300 hr Option is suitable for students who want to train in Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa over a longer period of time.  It give students time to immerse themselves into the work at a good slow pace. This option is especially recommended to students who want to train but wonder if they need a little bit more time before they take on the role of a teacher.

Asana

All three Yoga Fusion Options share the same first two months of Back to Basics asana, which combines Hatha Yoga with Slow Flow.

The 200 hr and 300 hr  Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa Yoga Fusion combine all three methods allowing you to teach a broader student base and deepen both your yin and yang practice.

On the Healing Fusion option you will start with the first two months of Back to Basics, deep dive into Yin and Restorative, revisit Slow Flow in relation to energetics in the Energy Medicine Weekend and learn trauma sensitive yoga on the Heal- Trauma Informed Training weekend. There is no Progressive Vinyasa or anatomy alignment focus on this training option.

Yoga Philosophy

The philosophy on our trainings is delivered in a non-dogmatic way, inviting group discussions where all beliefs and opinions are respected. We use class discussions, circles, artwork, chanting, empathetic listening and meditation processes to explore the spiritual systems of Patanjali’s sutras, Vedanta, Advaita Vedanta, Samkhya and Tantra.

We believe that these spiritual systems all offer a different perspective of the same truth and we hope that in our explorations, students can find in these belief systems, tools to strengthen the mind, emotions and spirit, a spiritual rock to lean on in times of need, deeper insight to our true nature and a deeper sense of worth that lies inherent in our being.

Functional Yoga Anatomy & Alignment

The anatomy and alignment is a large part of the Progressive Vinyasa Portion of the Fusion Trainings. Alignment and Anatomy offers students a way to deepen their relationship with their own bodies and to feel confident working with other people’s bodies. Understanding anatomy will help all aspects of your yoga practice and teaching and will inspire students to trust you in relation to physical health.
